Both the WoodmenLife Tower and the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge will be lit purple in support of World Pancreatic Cancer Day Thursday.
Pancreatic Cancer is the No. 3 killer among cancers in the United States and the five-year survival rate is just nine percent.
Each day, 145 people are diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer.
