An Omaha woman died in a crash on Interstate 80 near Lexington on Saturday.
19 year old Lexa Douglas was a passenger in a car that ran of the westbound lane, went across the median and hit an eastbound vehicle.
Five other people in the two vehicles were hospitalized.
The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating.
