Council Bluffs Police have made an arrest in a stabbing incident Wednesday night.
Police say 21 year old Zachary Ratliff went to a home near Glen Avenue and Pierce around 10:45 last night with another man and a fight ensued outside the home on the sidewalk. During the fight, Ratliff allegedly pulled some sort of knife and cut 18 year old David Combs and 21 year old Timothy Black. Ratliff ran away and was caught by police several blocks away. Combs and Black drove themselves to a hospital for treatment.
Police booked Ratliff on two counts of attempted murder.
