One person is dead following a car accident between Blair High Road and Crown Point.
The crash was originally reported as a personal injury accident but at 8:45 a.m., Omaha Police tweeted that one person had died.
The driver was identified as Orlando Bush, 45, Tuesday afternoon.
Police say Bush drove his 2002 Suzuki Grand Viatra off the road and into a creek.
