UPDATE 3:32 p.m.: Police arrested 25 year old Keiandre Kellogg for 1st degree murder and weapons charges.
Police have arrested the person they say is responsible for a late night shooting at a gas station.
Jeremiah Plater, 22, was shot in the abdomen following an altercation and later died in the hospital.
