Omaha police are investigating a car crash in Benson Park Thursday night following a nearby shooting.
Officers told our crew at the scene nobody was hurt in the shooting, but officers began a chase. During the chase, the car went off the roadway and slammed head-on into a tree.
Officers say one of the men in the car bailed, running into the park. The other was seriously hurt in the crash and was taken to a local hospital via ambulance.
