The Omaha Public School board filled the vacant sub-district 4 seat Monday evening.
Dr. Shavonna Holman was picked from the pool of applicants. The spot was vacant after Justin Wayne left to become a state senator. Seven applicants were interviewed before the board Monday night. They were each given 20 minutes to speak and were asked the same questions.
Holman will be sworn in February 22nd.
