Papillion police officers spent Tuesday night connecting with the community over frozen treats.
The department hosted "Froyo with the Popo" at the Shadow Lake Towne Center Orange Leaf. The community outreach event is meant to give Papillion citizens a chance to get to know the men and women who protect there neighborhoods.
Officers at last night's event tell us they hope for more events like this one in the future.
