LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) Two person of interests in the disappearance and death of
Sydney Loofe will appear in federal court Thursday on unrelated charges.

Aubrey Trail, 51, and Bailey Boswell, 23,  will be transported from the Saline County Jail.

The FBI in Omaha sent an update Tuesday evening announcing a federal grand jury
indicted the pair "for their involvement in fraudulent activities including the transportation of stolen goods, securities, moneys, state tax stamps, or articles used in aiding and abetting these types of crimes."

Federal prosecutors charged them with transporting stolen items across state lines last week.

Trail has a history of convictions of writing bad checks in four states including Nebraska and an active warrant for shoplifting in Utah.

Meanwhile, Boswell had drug convictions in Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. She's due in a
Pennsylvania court  in February. Investigators also believe she's part of a scheme to steal from an auction house.

Presently, they have not been charged in Loofe's disappearance and death.
