A man was robbed at gunpoint at an ATM near 1st Street and Pearl in Council Bluffs around midnight.
Police say the man was approached by two men who asked for a cigarette. The victim, Tony Shively, told the men that he didn't smoke. They then pulled out what looked like a gun and demanded money.
Shively refused and one of the men hit the victim on the head with the handgun.
Two juveniles were later found in relation to the incident and charged with first degree robbery.
