Lincoln Police arrested a 42-year-old man for making terroristic threats after he allegedly stabbed the door of an apartment 60 times with a steak knife.
According to police, Thomas Broderick Jr. was running up and down the hallway of the complex screaming and banging on doors. He knocked on the door of a 21-year-old woman and shouted he would shoot her if she called for help.
The woman barricaded the door until officers arrived. Broderick, who told police officers to shoot him, was eventually arrested without injury.
