UPDATE 12:48 p.m.: OPPD crews found the problem at a substation, service has been restored to affected customers.
OPPD crews are working to restore power to nearly 1,500 customers in western Douglas and Sarpy Counties.
The power went out about 9:30 this morning. OPPD Says three circuits are impacted, affecting customers in Yutan, Waterloo and Mead.
Crews are looking for the source of the problem so they can restore power.
