Update: As of 4 p.m., OPPD reports that power has been restored in areas reporting outages.
Original story: A power outage is affecting about 2,300 customers in Saunders and Cass county Saturday.
Omaha Public Power District reports the outage is in the Ashland area into Cass County.
Work crews on on their way to the scene to assess the situation.
