She's accused of setting a fire in a bathroom at Metropolitan Community College in Elkhorn.
Now, prosecutors want to see her punished.
19-year-old Sarah Piccolo is currently facing arson charges for the fire in November.
Piccolo was on probation for brutally stabbing a fellow student in a restroom at Lincoln X High back in 2013.
During Tuesday’s court appearance, she waved her hearing on whether she violated probation.
Prosecutors want to revoke probation following the arson charges.
If its revoked, she could face 20 years in prison for the stabbing.
