Heavy rains have forced the Nebraska State fair to move at least one scheduled concert to a different venue.
Saturday's Sugarland concert will be moved inside to the Heartland Event Center. Fair organizers say Friday's Kelly Clarkson concert will likely have to be moved as well, but the details are still being worked out.
