RALSTON, Neb. (KMTV) — Since the Ralston Arena was built back in 2012, it has lost the city money. On top of being in the red, the city has also been dealing with a crumbling parking lot with no way to pay for it. Today they announced a $211,000 contract to re-pave parts of the parking lot.
