Salvation Army's 'Tree of Lights' campaign at 30 percent of $2.5 Million goal

Salvation Army officials say their "Tree of Lights" campaign is now at 30 percent of its goal.

The organization hopes bell ringing will raise about $2.5 Million by Christmas.

The money will fund programs throughout the year.
