At around 7 a.m. Wednesday, an employee at U.S. Senator Deb Fischer's Omaha office found an object that appeared to be blood on the outside of the building.
An Omaha Crime Lab team is looking at the substance and there was no confirmation that the substance was blood.
There was also a sticker from Betsy Riot, a group of protestors against "Trump Culture," found on the door.
A similar display was found on the door of Senator Ben Sasse's Lincoln office Wednesday as well.
