A northwest Omaha neighbor continues to be a target for pranksters. People are riding around late at night egging homes and cars.
A neighbor says people throwing eggs around the area has been an issue for years. Adding that his house has been a target twice - the second time happening last night.
Waking up to dried egg all over the street is becoming common is this neighborhood.
"It seems like they are doing something that's seems like a fun practical joke but at the same time there is value property involved and things people pay good money for," said Chris Fox.
Chris Fox says in the last couple years his home has been the center of someone's egging prank twice.
"It's certainly concerning when you want to try and keep your property safe," said Fox.
Last night, Fox says his son Drew had friends over.
"They came outside to get in there cars and leave just before 11 o'clock and noticed one of the car in front of their street the whole one side of the car had been egged," said Fox. "There were probably 5 or 6 cars in the neighborhood that had been hit in the same way."
Some people have gone as far as installing home security cameras hoping to catch these jokesters.
"I don't know probably some high school kids, I don't know who it would be," said Drew Fox. So Fox says neighbors are coming together to crack down on this issue and hopefully find out who is behind it.
"It was interesting they did find some boxes with rather large eggs in them and a receipt from the nearby Dillian's store but nobody had any clue," said Fox.
