A man who has stalked a Gretna teenager since she was 11 is a free man despite being sentenced.
A Sarpy County judge sentenced Kevin Klingensmith to a year in jail and fined him $1000 for his guilty plea to misdemeanor stalking in January. Klingensmith entered that plea in January, but was released because he has already served the sentence.
The victim's family has filed another protection order against Klingensmith, but told KMTV back in January that they are afraid he will be back.
