A registered sex offender from California will spend time in a Nebraska prison for child enticement.
A Sarpy County judge sentenced Robert Heist II to 11 to 25 years in prison for felony child enticement, a class 1B Felony. Bellevue and Lincoln Police arrested Heist last April for using an internet dating site to try to meet a boy for sex.
Heist was convicted of sex crimes in California in 2005 and 2006. Heist will be eligible for parole in 7 years.
