OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A local federation of architectural enthusiasts is preparing to "Heart Bomb" vacant, historic buildings in Omaha.

By plastering homemade Valentines on the sides of buildings that could use a little love, the Restoration Exchange of Omaha (REO) hopes to bring attention to them for potential reuse.

If you want to take part, here are the particulars from REO's release:

We’ll make the hearts on Saturday the 16th from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Come to AO* at 4610 Dodge St. and park in back. REO will provide the materials – you bring the creativity. Also make your own Valentines ahead and bring them with you!

At 11a.m. the historic sites will be unveiled, and everyone will board Ollie the Trolley to hit the stops and then return to AO* for refreshments around noon.
