The calendar may say it's spring, but Old Man Winter is saying "hold on a minute".
Snow is falling in some parts of Northeast Nebraska and Southwest Iowa on Tuesday morning. The NDOR camera at the junction of U.S. 81 and U.S. 20 near Randolph shows snow covering the ground. The roads are reportedly slush covered.
Accumulations of less than an inch are expected.
