LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — This week, a Starbucks employee in Lincoln became the victim of an apparent scam while on the job.
The employee said she received a call from a person claiming to be a manager at another store and that he instructed her to wire money to cover a FedEx delivery fee. The woman reportedly took money out of the safe and sent money-grams in the amount of $1,500 to an unknown person.
The total loss was $1,516 according to police.
