Shopping days are dwindling down before Christmas. This was the last weekend before the big day.
If you've been to a store lately, you can see the swarm of shoppers picking out those last-minute gifts.
In response, stores not normally open 24/7 are for a limited time.
"It's very important that we capture as many sales as we can now," said Kohl's store manager near Oakview Mall.
Customers are also feeling the pressure to find those last-minute gifts.
"We are looking for kitchen cutters to make cookies," said shopper Jim Marquette.
"Just trying to find nice little things for stocking stuffers," said shopper Robyn Cobbs.
But some stores like Kohl's are doing away with closing times, staffing employees 24 hours a day.
"More and more people are starting to do the non-traditional, over-the-night shopping," said Prince.
Kohl's said this decision is in part about attracting as many customers as possible.
"It's just a better opportunity for them to get in and be able to do the shopping that they need to do for their families," said Prince.
Kohl's will be open until 6p.m. Christmas Eve.
