Tacos, Chihuahua races and big-name entertainers could be found at this weekend's Taco Fest at Tom Hanafan River's Edge Park.
The annual event started in San Diego. The Council Bluffs event has now grown to over 20 vendors.
Event organizers say they expected between four and five thousand people to attend the fest before the day was over.
The festival also featured a performance by Sir Mix A lot.
