A 17-year-old boy is facing four felonies following a shooting and pursuit with the Nebraska State Patrol near Valley on Tuesday.
According to court documents, charges include discharging a fireman at an occupied vehicle, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, attempted assault on an officer and theft by receiving.
Investigators say he led state troopers on a wild chase thru Valley last Tuesday.
That’s when the teen fired off shots at the patrol car following him.
The 17-year-old will be making his first court appearance at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
