A 9-year-old Florida kid, known as The Donut Boy, is making a stop in Omaha today to thank LAW enforcement across the state.

The initiative is called, "I DONUT need a reason to THANK a cop."

Tyler Carach and his mom met officers at the Omaha Police Department's SW precinct Wednesday morning. All members of law enforcement across the state were invited to attend.

In the past 13 months, Carach has traveled to 18 states and given nearly 30,000 donuts.

His next stops are South Dakota and Minnesota.
