Residents of a neighborhood near 48th and Harrison say they're fed up with all the garbage blocking a nearby creek.
When the creek floods — and residents say it happens often — the water often rises to property lines, they say.
Neighbors say they are also concerned about local kids getting hurt by all the dead trees and debris that collect when the creek is blocked.
