OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A fire at the Popcorn Shop in July of 2018 has now led to the arrests of a man and woman.
Fire investigators determined gasoline was used to start the blaze.
Sandra Richards and Shawn Clark were booked into Douglas County Corrections for the following charges:
- 2 counts of 2nd Degree Felony Arson
- 1 count of Burning to Defraud Insurer
The July 23 fire causes an estimated $30,000 damage to The Popcorn Shop.
No one was injured.
