Omaha Police responded to the scene of a head-on collision on 168th and Patterson in Southwest Omaha Thursday morning.
Two people were seriously injured but officials say wearing their seatbelts saved their lives.
According to police, Bryan Hall, 37, is being treated for for a fractured pelvis. He was cited for DUI-drugs and willful reckless driving.
Kevin Clanton, 36, is being treated for leg fractures as well as arm and abdominal issues.
Neither of the injuries were life threatening.
