The Cafe takes place at the Slowdown at seven o'clock. Jill Selzle, a physician assistant with Nebraska Medicine, will be the guest speaker to talk about the vaping product. Selzle is a certified tobacco treatment specialist and registered vascular technologist.

Science Cafés involve face to face conversations about current science topics. They are open to everyone 21 and older and take place in casual settings like pubs and coffeehouses.

Each meeting is organized around an interesting topic of conversation. A presentation is given on the topic followed by a Q-and-A session. Pizza will be provided for the first 50 people.
