Since the opening of Treasurer's Offices in Douglas, Sarpy and Lancaster counties, the state's Vehicle Titling and Registration System has been down all day Friday.
The officers are unable to process vehicle titles and renewals.
It is unknown when the issues will be resolved.
Taxpayers are encouraged to use alternatives to paying in person and can pay online at dctreasurer.org.
