OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — For two years, an Omaha group has had a mission of pairing service dogs with our nation's heroes.
Now, one man suffering from PTSD got the help he's needed for years. Don Ruch is a four star bronze combat Vietnam Veteran. Javelan gave him his new service dog, Jake.
Javelan has paired 36 Veterans with Service Dogs since 2017. Don says a companion like Jake can make life a whole lot easier.
