OMAHA, NE — A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Thursday for a billion-dollar project being described as the Western Gateway to Omaha.
Avenue One will be a mix of retail, business and residential buildings at the intersection of 192nd and Dodge. Land is currently being cleared for the massive project.
