The Westside School District is looking to take a step forward Monday in the search for its next superintendent.
The board will meet and will look at using a search firm to find a replacement for Blane McCann, who is retiring next July.
If the board votes to go with a search firm, requests for proposals would begin as early as Tuesda and finalist would be made in August.
