Many Nebraskans log thousands of miles on the state's roads each year and many drivers see people driving on the Interstate forgetting about the passing lane.
One commuter wants to see a change when it comes to passing on area highways.
Craig Peterson says he drives 55,000 miles a year between his car and his truck and he often frustrated with those who use the left lane on the highway.
"That's a passing lane, not a driving lane," he said. "People just get in that lane and drive and drive."
To fix it, Peterson has an idea.
"Every once in a while you'll see signs that say slower traffic to the right, but its not enough," he said. "It ought to be under every speed limit sign I think."
