Omaha just keeps growing and as it does the roads are becoming more traveled, and starting to see more problems in the Western part of the city.
One of those problems has emerged on Pacific Street, where its hard to turn left in either direction.
Melissa Mroczek, a mother who lives in the area, says over the last three years accidents have risen. Now, she says, they almost occur weekly.
City engineer Todd Pfitzer said the turn signal phasing is checked annually and currently there are no plans for additional turn phases or for the changing the rotation of the lights.
