What's driving you crazy: Traffic light study

The City of Omaha's $35 million traffic signal masterplan across the city continues and around 1,000 lights have been using outdated technology. To get funding from the federal government, which could cover close to 80 percent of the cost of the project, the lights have to be studied. 

When lights are studied, they flash yellow and red for 90 days, which has some business owners around Omaha concerned for driver safety, and their businesses.
