What's driving you crazy: Traffic light study

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - The City of Omaha's $35 million traffic signal masterplan across the city continues and around 1,000 lights have been using outdated technology. When lights are studied, they flash yellow and red for 90 days, which has some business owners around Omaha concerned for driver safety, and their businesses.
