Woman who drowned puppy admits to violating probation

A Florida woman who drowned a puppy at the Grand Island Airport admits to violating her probation.

Florida police found Cynthia Anderson with a dog when they picked her up for an unrelated theft.

She wasn't supposed to have any animals for five years.

In January 2015, Anderson drowned a puppy in a bathroom toilet after she wasn't allowed to bring the animal with her on a flight. The puppy was too young and inadequately contained.

A woman reported finding the Doberman puppy dead in a toilet.
