OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Wednesday night, the Omaha skyline will have a teal and yellow glow as the WoodmenLife tower lights in support of Spina Bifida Awareness Month.
Spina bifida is the most common permanently disabling birth defect. It impacts the spinal column, resulting in damaged nerves.
WoodmenLife hopes to shine light on the disease that impacts nearly 70,000 people in the United States.
