OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — CHI Health officials announced Sunday that they have created a questionnaire tool on their website to help people with coronavirus concerns get the right level of care.

Based on how an individual answers three questions, those most at risk will be put in contact with a medical professional within 30 minutes.

Hours for this service are daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. For after-hours service, CHI Health Virtual Care is available for free.

Officials stressed the importance of limiting unnecessary trips to clinics and emergency departments.

Those who visit CHI Health clinics will notice some changes starting Monday. Patients will be greeted at the door and asked a series of questions and may be asked to put on a mask or to go back to an exam room.

CHI officials said the changes are simply to make sure everyone is protected.
