"It's hectic, it really is. I shouldn't have waited this long," Nick Rogers said in the aisles of Nobbies on Monday.
Rogers was among the stressed out, last minute shoppers out for a costume.
We checked in at Nobbies, one locally owned party and costume store. Their buyer, Ally Combs, tells us while they have more than a million costumes, hats, wigs, you name it. there are some costumes that are sold out for the season.
"It was really popular this year. So a few of our clown costumers and our it costume are sold out," she said.
So what can you do if you're looking last minute?
Costume kits: while some are sold out, there are some for sale still, you may have to pay more.
Easy T-shirts: stores are selling printed oversize T-shirts for characters like Herbie Husker or a zombie that people can wear over their outfits.
Make your own: Combs says bring in a picture from your phone and they can help you piece together your idea.
