OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — As businesses and schools shut down to the COVID-19 outbreak, many are now isolated in their homes practicing social distancing.
That includes 7-year-old Sebastian Garcia of Omaha. His birthday was on Wednesday but due to new social distancing regulations, he's out of school and couldn't have a celebration at home.
His mom made him a sign that read, "It's my 7th birthday!!! Wave/honk!" He and his mom then walked around their northwest Omaha neighborhood and a got a lot of strangers driving by honking and waving him well wishes on his special day.
