Gebbia’s decision came following visiting both Nebraska and his father’s alma mater Ole Miss last week. According to Rivals.com, Gebbia is a four-star pro-style quarterback. He is the fourth best quarterback in the nation and the 11th best prospect out of California.
Gebbia attended Calabasas High School and was teammates with recent Nebraska commit Keyshawn Johnson Jr. Johnson took to Twitter to congratulate his teammate on his commitment to the Huskers.

The 6-foot-3, 180 pound quarterback threw for 4,435 yards and 45 touchdowns and completed 62.9 percent of his passes during his 2015-16 season at Calabasas. Gebbia also threw just nine interceptions while averaging 316.8 yards per game.
Gebbia and Johnson have already started recruiting their Calabasas teammates to join them in Nebraska. Five-star cornerback Darnay Holmes has Nebraska on his list of schools he could attend in 2017, and his teammates are doing their best to get him to Lincoln.
