February is Low Vision Awareness Month, which is an important month at Outlook Nebraska, a nonprofit organization that has the mission to positively impact everyone who is blind or visually impaired. In Nebraska, there are an estimated 35,000 people who are significantly impacted by vision loss, including more than 15,000 who are concentrated in the greater Omaha metro area.
