ATCHISON COUNTY, Missouri. (KMTV) — A FEMA disaster recovery center in Atchison County, MO closes Sunday and will relocate to Andrew County, MO for three days to help those in the area impacted by flooding and severe storms.

The Andrew County recovery center opens Tuesday, July 23, providing one-on-one help to Missourians.

Recovery specialists from FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration will provide information on services available, explain assistance programs and aid survivors in completing or checking the status of their applications.

The Atchison County recovery center is located at University Extension, Velma Houts Building, 201 East U.S. Hwy. 136 in Rock Port, MO. The location is open Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. before temporarily relocating.

The Andrew County recovery center location is at the Savannah Fire Department, 107 US-71 BUS, Savannah, MO, 64485. The hours are from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
