GLENWOOD, Iowa. (KMTV) — The drive to Missouri became a lot easier on Tuesday.
The Iowa Department of Transportation says I-29 is now open to traffic between U.S. 34 near Glenwood and the Missouri border after closing due to floods.
Exit ramps remained closed, with the nearest available services found east on U.S. 34 in Glenwood.
A 12-foot width restriction and intermittent lane closures will be in place as flood repairs continue.
