OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Officers responded to a cutting at Park Tower East near 26th St. and St. Mary's Ave. on Saturday afternoon.
Upon arriving around 12:10 p.m., officers located two males who had an altercation where both males were cut with a knife.
The victim and the suspect, identified as 57-year-old Craig Rogers, were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Rogers will be booked into Douglas County Corrections after release from the hospital.
He will be booked for two counts of felony violation of order, felony assault and use of a weapon.
