Patricia M. Dean was found Wednesday afternoon. Officers are now speaking with her.

Patricia M. Dean, 28, was reported missing by Lincoln Police Wednesday afternoon.
Dean was scheduled for a doctor's appointment Wednesday morning because she's close to her pregnancy due date, police say.
She missed the appointment and Dean's parents reported she is "mildly autistic with cognitive difficulties."
Lincoln Police don't have an address listed for Dean because she's listed as transient. Authorities are also unsure what she was last wearing so they have not released a description.
Officers are actively searching various locations around Lincoln and homeless outreach resource centers.
